Dr. Caylee Kosolofski, D.C.
Chiropractor
Dr. Caylee’s education began at the University of Alberta before she graduated from the University of Western States in 2018.
She primarily practices diversified technique, though Dr. Caylee is happy to tailor her treatments to your comfort level, which can include Activator or instrument-assisted work instead of hands-on manipulations.
A given treatment with Dr. Caylee not only includes joint work but also soft tissue therapy and rehabilitation. She offers Graston Technique, Myofascial cupping, and other adjunct treatment options such as Spinal Decompression.
Dr. Caylee loves getting to know your entire family. She particularly loves working with your littles, but will happily work on kids, grandparents, and everyone in between!
To better serve her pregnant patients, she became Webster Certified, which is a technique specific to safely supporting mamas throughout all stages of pregnancy. This technique aims to best prepare mom for delivery by addressing the joints, muscles, and ligaments of the pelvis with the goal of a more comfortable, safer, and easier birth.
When she is not in the office, you can find Dr. Caylee outside running, golfing, skiing, or chasing her fur baby at the off-leash park. Chiropractic care has been integral in allowing her to do the things that she loves, and she wants the same for you! Dr. Caylee will give you the tools you need to meet your goals and would love to be part of you and your family’s journey to a happy and healthier lifestyle.
Dr. Laurie Taskinen, D.C.
Chiropractor
Dr. Laurie started her postsecondary education at University of Alberta Augustana, where she played soccer for 3 years. In her last year at the U of A, she decided she wanted experience in the rehabilitation field and became a trainer for the minor midget AAA hockey team in Camrose.
She then went on to the University of Western States in Portland, where she graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Although Dr. Laurie provides chiropractic care to a wide variety of patients, she particularly loves caring for little ones, mothers to be, and new mamas.
In her spare time, she enjoys going on hikes or spending time at the dog park with her Bernese Mountain dog, Hudson.
Dr. Dustin Johnston, D.C.
Chiropractor
Dr. Dustin grew up in Edmonton where he played hockey for 12 years for the Knights of Columbus Organization. As someone who received treatment from various health practitioners for multiple sports-related injuries, he knew for a long time that he wanted to work in health care.
He graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science Degree, majoring in biology, and later received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer West College in San Jose, California.
Dr. Dustin returned to Edmonton after graduation and now continues his practice at Refresh Health and Wellness. His treatments focus on soft tissue work, adjustments, spinal decompression, home exercises, and stretches.
Dr. Paul Mutti, DC
Chiropractor
Born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Dr. Paul Mutti graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, California, in 2005. He also holds a Doctor of Natural Medicine, awarded by the Board of Natural Medicine Doctors & Practitioners-North America.
Upon completing his education, Dr. Paul returned to the Capital Region, where he opened his first clinic, Century Park Pain and Health, in South Edmonton. This award-winning clinic set the stage for his expanding healthcare vision. Over the next decade, he launched three more clinics: Refresh Health and Wellness in Sherwood Park, Dynamic Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre in Spruce Grove, and Beaumont Wellness Centre in Beaumont.
Dr. Paul’s dedication to growth and innovation continues as he now owns 8 clinics that are working towards revolutionizing wellness care.
A pioneer in spinal decompression, Dr. Paul was one of the first in the region to offer this non-surgical, drug-free treatment that addresses the root cause of spinal pain. In 2008, he founded Spinal Care Canada, bringing spinal decompression services to multiple locations throughout Alberta.
Today, Dr. Paul’s clinics offer comprehensive, whole-health solutions. Each clinic provides a range of services including chiropractic care, massage therapy, acupuncture, physiotherapy, shockwave therapy, neuropathy treatment, and podiatry. His commitment to excellence ensures that his clinics are recognized as leading care centers in their communities.
Dr. Paul’s patients rave about his exceptional customer service. He prioritizes patient care, focusing on their needs and treatments. Over the past 14 years, he has mentored his team to uphold these high standards. Whether you are treated by Dr. Paul or one of his skilled practitioners, you can be assured that you are in capable and caring hands.

Khurshidahmed Patel
Physiotherapist
Khurshid graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2010 from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in India. Khurshid brings over a decade of experience working with different age groups and problems!
If he had to specify one specialty, it’d be sports injuries. He’s a huge football (soccer) fan, and his love for the game led him to England, where he completed schooling in Exercise and Sports Science at Manchester Metropolitan University.
His love for sports is probably what led him to specialize in sports injury physiotherapy. He works with injury cases from both indoor and outdoor sports, mostly in volleyball, basketball, baseball, rugby, hockey, soccer, and football (the Canadian kind), and has treated many amateur to pro-level athletes in the region.
Khurshid’s patients range from cute, little children to respected, mature seniors. He enjoys working with patients following knee or hip replacement/surgery or spinal surgery, having spent two years working alongside an orthopedic/replacement and neuro surgeon. He also spent years working alongside podiatrists, gaining vast knowledge of foot and ankle issues, especially among hard-working Albertans in the oil patch and construction wearing steel-toed footwear full-time.
Lately, he’s been working with whiplash cases resulting from motor vehicle accidents, along with neck pain, low back pain, and nerve or disc-related pathology using Spinal Decompression. He also has a keen interest in postural issues, especially those common among office and desk workers since COVID-19.
He has over seven years of experience working with Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT), which is in huge demand among patients looking for quick pain relief and movement improvement. Khurshid believes in tailoring physiotherapy programs for each individual, combining his knowledge of exercise science with the latest equipment and hands-on skills to achieve the best outcome for his clients.

Gugan received his Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree from Tamilnadu Dr. M.G.R Medical University in India. After completing his degree, he worked in various clinics and hospitals, gaining more than 9 years of experience in musculoskeletal disorders and cardiac rehabilitation.
Clinically, Gugan has a special interest in treating the neck, shoulder, and knee. His treatment approach combines manual therapy, electrotherapy, therapeutic exercises, and therapeutic dry needling tailored to each patient’s needs. He will treat children with musculoskeletal conditions but not neurological conditions.
Gugan is keen on staying current with changes and trends in rehabilitation certification courses.

I pride myself on being as dedicated to my clients as possible: health, recovery, pain reduction, mobility, and maintenance. I have a lifetime of experience in athletics, having flirted with professional careers in three different sports. With 20 years in the golf industry, I have thorough knowledge of the golf swing and the muscles that cause pain and restriction of movement and flexibility.
Since graduation, I have continued my education by taking modality courses including Hot Stones and Cupping (which I include in all treatments as required and approved by the client at no extra charge), as well as Pre and Postnatal Care, Cancer Care (during and post-care), and Thai Yoga Level I in association with hand and foot reflexology. Beyond my athletic achievements and journeyman ticket in mechanics, my greatest accomplishment is my son. I look forward to becoming your Massage Therapist and helping with everyone’s quality of life.
